25+6 weeks third baby....

Have been getting alot of pressure down below as if baby's head down lately. Today I have been having lots of thick white discharge (no smell) and felt like baby's gonna drop out obviously not going to but it's how it feels tonight I was sat down and then stood up and I felt very wet down there sorry tmi so I went toilet to check and my knickers and trousers where damp there's no smell so can't be urine should I get checked out? Bit worried keeping an eye out to see if happens again
