So anxious/terrified

So I've had 3 chemicals this past year. Heard the heartbeat at 6w3d. Tomorrow I go for another ultrasound and first appointment. I'm so terrified of a missed miscarriage! I see so many of you having posts that the baby stopped growing at your second ultrasound and my heart aches for all of you! I haven't been able to find a hb on my doppler, which I know isn't reliable as I'm just 9w5d today, but I was able to find it this early in my previous pregnancy. I would just feel so much better if I heard it. I dont know how to calm myself down. I'm still having symptoms, but that doesnt mean anything either. It's in God's hands. Tomorrow I will find out either way...wish me luck/prayers
