Question

Do my temps look okay after ovulation or are they on the low side and too close to the cover line? My concern is possible low progesterone. I’m knew to charting and not quite sure how to interpret. Please help, thank you!

Wow your chart looks great! There isn’t a lot of fluctuation in temps, keep doing what you’re doing, it’s nice and high too, a quick rise is ideal, as long as it stays high for 10 days you’re perfect!

Your coverline can technically be .1 degree lower, because it runs through your highest temp of the 6 days before your temp shift. I wouldn't go out and buy a thermometer to the .00 decimal place. You have a clear shift and that is all that matters. Usually the .00 ones are recommended for people using Celsius.

My baseline is 97.70 and I'm curious as to where you heard about low progesterone being correlated to low basal temperature. That's pretty interesting. Also, you can grab a thermometer that goes into the thousandths (2 decimal places beyond the decimal point) at a drug store for about $12. They can run really expensive online, even if they're more precise and sync with various apps, the batteries are more common and cheaper in the less pricey ones and I've been charting this way for over a decade. They're sufficient.
