9 weeks and symptoms?

FTM here!
I had a great ultrasound last week that showed our baby, we saw the heartbeat and everything. But I’ve woken up today suddenly “not feeling pregnant”. Anyone else deal with this? I can’t help but be so worried about my little rainbow! My nurse said symptoms come and go but I can’t help but fret. Any of you in a similar situation?

9 weeks today and I have been feeling not pregnant the past week or 2 . To the point where I'm worried something isnt right. Dont get our first scan until 10/16 .

I felt the same way yesterday and today but had an ultrasound and everything looks great. I had convinced myself that something was wrong! I’m 9 weeks as well.

I’m 11 Weeks today and I have felt pretty normal for the last week. Still more tired than usual but 1st trimester symptoms going away around now is normal. My doctor said the bad symptoms usually peak around 8 Weeks and then start getting better.
