Can clothing or a blanket affect BBT?

Question

Can sleeping with a blanket or clothes affect BBT? 
I have slept with the same blanket and unclothed the entire time I’ve been temping this month if that helps with consistency. The night before and last night I’ve woke up sweaty. No other factors in my home have changed. Thermostat is at 70. 
But, I’m wondering if blankets and clothes can affect BBT or if I need to be naked before temping?
This is he most ridiculous question I’ve ever asked

The only thing that can alter the temps is sleeping with your mouth open unless it is vaginal then really nothing can.

External things rarely affect BBT. Sickness can change it, and sometimes hormones fluctuate differently from month to month. You don't have to worry about what blankets you are using or what you are wearing changing it.

Unless you change your habits significantly, I don’t think it will affect anything. Your chart will look erratic if you’re doing things wrong :)
