Does anyone have a flavorful potato soup recipe?

I have tried a few different Pinterest recipes over the years and they have all been so bland. Thank you in advance!

Yes!! I make mine in my slow cooker. It’s terrible for you but so good.
Peel and cube some Yukon Gold potatoes, dice one onion and three celery sticks, and toss it all in the slow cooker with like 1/3 to 1/2 stick of butter and few cups of chicken or veggie stock. Cook on low for 4 hours. Salt and pepper the shit out of it. Total measurements will vary depending on how much soup you want and whether you want a thicker soup or a brothier one. 
Use a potato masher or an immersion blender if you have one to blend the soup to your preferred consistency, then add some red pepper flakes and a lot of dried dill. Like, a lot of dill. 
Then add some shredded cheese, (however much your little heart wants but I suggest 1.5-2 cups). I like to add cheddar and Parmesan. Stir til the cheese melts. 
You can serve right away or let the soup stew on low for a bit to get more flavor. Sometimes I like to cook some potatoes on their own and mash them up a bit to add at the end. 
Serve with sour cream, green onions, and whatever other loaded potato fixings you prefer.

My dad makes a cheesy potato soup and it’s my favorite! 
Cooks and chops up potatoes and bacon puts it in a pot and adds velveeta cheese and milk until it’s however thick he wants.. and seasoning like onion powder, garlic powder and pepper.

That's the best potato soup in the world, hands down. It can be a little spicy, but amazingly flavorful

I did a corn & potato chowder but leaving out corn would be easy. I did garlic and butter sautéed then chicken stock, added dried onion. Block of cream cheese. Added potatoes and corn then simmered an hour ish. Had bacon, chives, cheese and fried onions for garnish
