Braxton hicks/ exercise??
Every time I exercise I seem to get mild BH contractions. Today I went on a light jog/run with my three year old, and then rested at the park. My belly hurt so darn bad after! I could tell my belly was hard while I was running, and I was trying my best to take deep breaths and not go too hard. I'm home now, showered, laying on my bed and I'm still getting BHC while laying down. I've drank icy cold water and still doing deep breaths. There's a weird pressure feeling in my pelvis too.
How do I make these stop? I'm not convinced it's anything serious, just BHC.
