How unhealthy was this weight loss?

Note that this was unintentional weight loss. Following a double jaw surgery, I was put on a liquids-only diet for 2 weeks. During those two weeks, my weight loss got so bad that I lost 3 pounds in 1 day. I didn’t start to gain my weight back until about 8 weeks later when I was able to start eating some heartier stuff. In the first 10 days, I lost nearly 30 pounds from my previous 128. Two months later, I’ve found that while I’m only about 7 pounds away from what I was initially, I’m still much frailer than I used to be. Was this weight loss unhealthy? How much? And any tips on regaining healthy weight? I still can’t eat much meat, so I’m drinking protein shakes instead. My metabolism has been tested and it’s very fast, even for 20-year-old female, which probably doesn’t help. Comments are welcome!
