UTI or Round Ligament Pain?

I am 12 weeks and 3 days ... been having on and off cramps, no spotting and frequent urination to the point of being annoying (lol). I did a urine test 2 weeks ago and came out negative. What’s the difference between normal pregnancy cramping and UTI pain?

UTI pain hurts when you pee (usually at the end or just after you finish) and the pain is concentrated in the urethra. It’s a very different pain from cramping.

I have reoccurring UTIs so the pain is all too familiar! I usually only notice my UTIs when I use the restroom, though, so your pain seems like normal round ligament pain + frequent urination from being pregnant (unfortunately it’ll only get worse!). 
When I have a UTI it feels like an intense, painful pressure in my urethra when I’m peeing. After I’m done peeing, it usually feels like I still have to go, but there’s nothing left to come out. Usually there’s also blood in your urine if your UTI has had a day or two to develop, but the pressure when peeing is the first dead giveaway for me.
