Is any one else having really vivid nightmares?

I’ve been having so many nightmares I’m practically waking up in a sweat. I don’t know if I am stressed or what but I’m on the verge of crying this morning

Yes multiple weird or vivid dreams a night! I wake up still exhausted feeling like I've lived 4 different lives in a night 😂

I've been having horrible dreams some are really bad and then some are just really weird they keep waking me up over and over throughout the night and my heart will be pounding really hard. my so is also having crazy dreams and it just started a few weeks ago
