Can you be pregnant with no symptoms?

I'm on my 2ww and 8dpo but have no symptoms bar a few cramps/stabbing pains here and there but everything I read people have sore breasts spotting etc. I'm starting to worry this isn't my month 😔 I did have travel sickness first few days which was weird but I'm grand now , has anyone else had none or very little symptoms in their 2ww and were pregnant?

I had absolutely zero pregnancy symptoms. I wouldn’t have known I was pregnant had I not missed my period. I have had the easiest pregnancy and never experienced sore breasts, morning sickness, cravings, any of it.

With my now 2 yr old I had 0 symtpoms, my cycle in the past has been alllllll over the place, went to doc for a different issue, she did bloodwork and called me the next day; i was 7 weeks preggers, i had no clue.

8dpo is still super early to notice much everyone is different though fingers crossed for you think positive thoughts good luck

I didn't get symptoms at all and I was on birth control (depo) so I didn't think about missed period because I never had one.

8dpo is too early for any real symptoms. I had no symptoms when I first got pregnant.
