I'm 23+3 with twin girls. I get these like twinges I feel on the left which is baby b but sometimes it feels like a light cramp. not to painful just like slightly uncomfortable. I think it's the baby moving cause in my ultrasounds she never stops moving. and on the right I get the same feeling but not as strong or as much cause baby a had an anterior placenta. I'm just worried that it's not the babies moving. I also have a lot of round ligament pain too.
