I’ve naturally have bad hair and I’ve done research on taking vitamins but everyone says it’s a myth, I started taking hair skin and nail gummy vitamins anyways, and holy crap my hair is growing it’s fuller and more shiny, I’ve been taking them for a little over a month now, make sure to get a trim to get all the yucky stuff out and don’t wash your hair every day

Don't buy into Sulfate free shampoo. I tried that shit for years and my hair always felt dry and nappy. Switched back to Pantene Pro V and my hair is soft and healthy again. And I have bleach damage on the ends. A good Argan oil leave in conditioner is good.
