Which do I trust? Hi, i only just started charting my bbt this month, on cycle day 12. According to glow app, i ovulated on cd 19, does my chart reflect that? There was a dip on cd 16. Or, is it still inconsistent?

If you have one more day of higher temps I’d say it’s very likely

Cd20 is O day if your temp is higher tomorrow. You’re not using a bbt thermometer with two decimal places so it’s hard to tell.
