Please help
I'm 10w 1d after a mc 4 months ago and was told I am being sent to a kidney specialist. I'm scared due to being high risk but my concern is I'm so constipated that I'm to the point I cant eat and I haven't gone to the bathroom in over a week. I feel like I'm gonna explode so please help, anything I can do over the counter that will help relieve some pressure.
