Does it help? 38 weeks on Sunday 1cm dilated does the birthing ball help? I wanna hear the stories 🙂

I wonder if it actually works too. I’ve been using mine about 2 weeks now. It definitely helps relieve some hip pain while on it, but I always feel sore when I stand up. I haven’t had a cervical check yet. I’m 37 weeks today.

It has helped me. At 36 weeks I was dilated 2cm and 30% effaced this week I was 3cm and 50% effaced. It really helps the baby get into position

Well i used mine all the time. Whether it worked or not🤷‍♀️ i dont know because i also ate spicy food, walked all day and had sex before labor lol
