Ideas for sleeping longer stretches that Don’t involve controlled crying
My husband gets up early and back late (5:45am-7ishpm) and drives really busy motorways (UK) to work and therefore cannot be woken at night- my baby wakes every 2 hours to feed still and it terrifies me to leave him crying for more than 1 min. He always latches on and holding him/sushin /white noise etc do nothing to calm him expect boob or cuddles. If I was single I might try babywise or save our sleep but I can’t!! Also I cannot put him down before 8:30/9 otherwise my husband would never see him...
We try turning the lights down, etc but it’s not always practical...
Does anyone have any tips?!?
