Warning, graphic. Mucus plug?

So three times today I’ve wiped and this came out... small chunks of snot like substances (this hasn’t happened my whole pregnancy) Could my mucus plug be slowly coming out? My Bestfriend said not to worry until I see blood, and my doctor said not to worry until my water breaks. I’m 34w3d

The actual plug has blood and is larger but you can loose pieces all the time

Part of it. But I wouldn’t worry because there’s no blood. It will regenerate itself. I’ve been having this since 30 weeks. I’m still closed!
