I just did my 39w appointment today. Baby is still sitting high and I am stuck at 1.5cm dilated. So we went ahead and scheduled an induction for next week. Because I was well controlled with diet only, doc gave me the choice to be induced at 40w or wait until 41w. My numbers have started to come down and I'm so scared and paranoid. I had some scary moments delivering my first and now with GD, I'm starting to get anxiety, so I figure better up go sooner and schedule for 40w and not have daily anxiety. Here's to hoping baby comes on its own before induction day!
