Do you think I have low progesterone?

Question

last month I got pregnant but it ended up being a very early miscarriage.. and my temperature rose as soon as fertilization, this month I am almost positive I’m not pregnant because my chart looks completely different. However, I read that a slow rise in temperature could mean low progesterone. What do you think? Im not going to the doctor till this pattern is consistent for 3 months. Unless I get pregnant lol

I think it’s too difficult to tell from bbt... lots of things can have an effect on your temp. So, unless it’s happening repeatedly I would assume you’re all good. It’s not unusual to have an off month either... we’re human. Fluctuations are normal. But, if you’re really concerned you can always get your doctor to do blood tests to check your hormone levels. Might put your mind at ease.
