If you have how was it like for you? What symptoms did you feel?

Answer

I wouldn’t class it as a withdrawal, I didn’t need medical intervention, but quitting smoking was hard af. I decided to do it while deployed of all times which was dumb. I switched to vaping, got down to 0mg nicotine, and then quit that too. 
I was just an irritable mess, I ate more to fill that oral fixation, chewed a fuck ton of gum basically, and had hard candy on hand
