I take Zahler prenatal + DHA. I’ve been taking 1/day for a year (half dose) and started taking 2/day when I saw my BFP. HIGHLY recommend, my energy, wellbeing, and my hair went through the roof!

I ordered these after finishing an old bottle of the vitafusion gummies. I like that they have the food-based folate instead of folic acid. I don’t know if it will make a difference for me, but I know some people have don’t absorb synthetic folic acid properly so I figured why not try the food based version. 
I know gummies are missing certain things like iron but I know I’m way more likely to actually take gummies than to swallow a pill. I figure SOME things in a gummy is better than having a great pill that I never take 😂

I take the Naturemade pill. It’s the only one I’ve been able to find with 200 mg of DHA
