So I woke up with a pain on my right ovary and some back pain (back pain is normal for me though so I’m not too worried), I usually do get pain on my ovaries here and there and I have had an ultrasound done before and it all looked clear, but does it sound like it might be an ovary cyst? When I stand and walk it hurts more but it’s more achy right now not as sharp. It gets sharp if I strain those muscles.

My boyfriend wants me to go to the doctor, but I don’t think that’s necessary.

I should also add that I woke up with some gas as well, so could it possibly just be gas? Lol
