Hello! Just wondering if anyone is familiar with lip ties at all.. my little one is 6 weeks old. Exclusively breastfed! We went to his two week check up where I was advised he had no lip or tongue ties, he had put on 2 pound from his birth weigh and breastfeeding was and still is fine I've never experienced any pain with it at all but there's a couple of things I've noticed such as him pulling off and on quite frequently at the start of the feed for about 10 minutes, gasping for air and his top lip often looks to be folded over, he's also starting throwing up after every feed and it's quite a bit, we did go to the doctor in regards to that and I was advised he was over eating but everything I've done since then hasn't prevented the throwing up,

his nappy output is fine and he's never showing signs of hunger after the feed, goes 3/4 hours during the day and anywhere upto 7 overnight. All of this prompted me to have a look and I've attached a photo, but being a first time mum I'm not too sure what I'm looking for! :(

We do have his 6 week check up on Monday and will definitely be asking this but I just wanted to see if anyone here had any input or advice!
