How much exercise is too much?

Anyone have any ideas about how much exercise is too much when ttc? I started out doing boot camp HIIT 3-4 times per week. I think at that time I was 127 lbs and I’m 5’6”. I cut back to 1-2 times per week because I was pretty exhausted by it and I’m not trying to lose weight. I’m in the “normal” range with body fat, etc. But, I wonder if it’s still too much? Or, if I should be trying to gain weight? My weight never fluctuate more than 10-15 lbs... I’ve been 115-130 for as long as I can remember. I’ve also heard a high fat diet can help with ttc... any suggestions?

Update: I just got back from the gym and all my numbers are almost exactly the same as when I started so I’ll take that as confirmation that I’m doing just enough! :) I think I’m just super anxious to do everything I can to make sure our treatment works. Time to relax and let the doctors work their magic I think... ✨ thanks again for the feedback!
