Husband has low mobility, and I'm put on letrozole

Recently my husband and I found out that he has slow swimmers, he has a high count but he has 30% motility. (That's with 50% being in the normal range)

I got an ultrasound done yesterday to see if I was ovulating (I have very normal cycles but we needed to check bc if we ever wanted to do an IUI, we need to see my end)

My doctor told me that my lining is thin and my eggs aren't maturing enough?

Perscribed me letrozole for me to take the beginning of my next cycle. I have an ultrasound next month to see if it has helped.

He said he's very confident that with the help of letrozole I can get pregnant naturally.

He gave me 3 months of refills since my husband and I don't plan to do an

IUI until after the new year.

Anyone have any luck with letrozole and low mobility? I'm curious?
