I’m ready to stop breastfeeding (in my case, exclusively pumping). How long does it take for my milk supply to go away?

Just when you stop don’t face the shower head, you’ll squirt all the built up milk everywhere and have to start over. Wear a good supportive bra, and cabbage leaves help with the fever and pain from them drying up.
