I’m shaky and very nauseous. I feel out of control like I drank too much. Can’t focus.

I checked my sugars and I was at 78 so I just a 6” sub from subway & drank a ton of water. I’ve been having a TON of pretty consistent BH contractions (not painful, just uncomfortable and VERY tight) all trough last night and into today. I’m feeling horrid. I’m thinking of calling L&D? Am I being dramatic or is this a reason to call? (Just over 37 weeks)
