Been having irregular periods and haven’t had a period for 65 days had a internal scan Tuesday to make sure everything is ok with my body as had 10 neg home tests, couldn’t see anything on the scan other than slightly thick womb lining lady made me do a test after and said It was negative but I’ve done more since and had bloods done which have showed low levels of hcg, any advice on what is happening am I early pregnant? Did I miss a cycle ovulate and then get pregnant? Having more bloods Tuesday to see if my hcg levels increase 😩
