How do you have the DTR (determine the relationship) talk with someone?

I’ve been talking to this guy for almost three weeks and been hanging out with him for about two weeks. We’ve had sex, confessed feelings, and met each other’s friends, so how do I determine the relationship title? Like I just don’t know what to tell people when they ask who he is to me and I want to just figure out where we stand

Update: so I brought this issue went my friend had up to him about how she’s jealous/angry with this guys she’s hooking up with because he let a girl sit on his lap at a party, but they’ve already had the talk about it and my friend & the guy have no label, they’re just messing around like before the party happened. And I kinda sneakily brought it in there and said “I don’t know about you, but now that I’m with you I wouldn’t do anything like that” and he agreed but never said anything about my comment so I’m just really confused??????

I hate guys sometimes. Such simple yet complex creatures 🙄
