Help!

First time mommy here. And my mom never went into labor with me so she’s no help.

Experiencing extreme tightening in my lower tummy, lower back & butt. Are these contractions? I feel so silly asking this haha

But, I’m anemic and have been on iron pills so I’m slightly constipated and gassy, which is normal for this time in pregnancy as well... so idk if this is gas or contractions.

35 weeks, 1 day if that helps

Edited to add: baby girl is moving a whole lot right now too, so could this pain just be from her jabbing me?
