12 week OB appt for high risk?

Question

39 with baby #1 due valentines day. Any other high risk mommas out there? Need advice...

We had to use <a href="https://glowing.com/glow-fertility-program">IUI</a> to get pregnant. First round ended due to chromosomal (trisomy 13 and 18) abnormalities at week 6. Now I'm 12 weeks and have my first dr appt with the Ob Thursday.

What does being high risk result in? Will we get more tests done automatically or do I have to ask for them? Due to our circumstances we need time to prepare for any outcome and make plans. Iow - we want to know it all and know it as early as possible!

Im high risk due to a blood clotting/autoimmune disorder. I also have had 5 losses so i assume thats part of the reason. I get ultrasounds every 4 weeks until the second tri. Which is right around the corner. Ill end up having alot between 12 weeks and 39 when i have a c section. Wishing you nothing but the best

I'm also considered high risk. I'm considered a gestational diabetic. I see the OB every two weeks.

My OB still considers me high risk even though I had a healthy baby 9 months ago. She's continuing me as a high risk patient because we had 3 miscarriages, I take Lovenox injections every 12 hours, I'm at risk for preterm labor due to weight and last pregnancy I was gestational diabetic. She said I'll probably be GD + again cause my body doesn't tolerate the drink well being so little. She keeps a super close eye on me in the 1st and 3rd trimester. She's following the same schedule she did with our DD so I'll be seen as scheduled.

Ultrasound at weeks 5,6,7,9,11 (harmony genetic testing) 13, 17, 22 (anatomy scan) 27 (GD testing & 4D) 30,32,34,35,36,37,38 and 39 then induced that night. Lol

I'm considered high risk so far my pregnancy has been treated like a normal pregnancy but I start seeing the high risk specialist at 20 weeks along with my regular ob appts

I am high risk due to four miscarriages.  I have had more ultrasounds and more first trimester visits.. Every two weeks instead of 4. Not sure about extra testing yet. But I get an ultrasound every doctor visit.

I'm high risk as well I had my first round of testing at 12 weeks and my doctor just gave me the order to get more around the 15th of this month
