New Mom Worry

Hi moms,

I had a baby Aug 4. As a first time mom I have so many worries when taking care of my baby. I’m worried I’ll mess up and something could happen or I could slip while walking and holding the baby. I know I’m just being crazy but the worry is real. How have other people dealt with these worrying thoughts?
