Holy cannoli, I’ve lost a ton of weight.
I’ve been beating myself up for slowing down my exercise routine this month, but just wanted to take a second and say that I’m really proud of my progress.
After my daughter was born, I was around 190 lb (I’m 5’1”). I lost some weight that year, but couldn’t seem to get under 155, even with consistent exercise. I started Keto in January and consistently lost 2 lbs per week until leveling off at approx 117 lbs.
I’ve never felt healthier. We’re TTC, so I’m hoping not to gain as much the next time around! ✨✨✨
