How is my diet affecting the baby?

I’ve googled this and can’t find much, but does anyone know how much the food I eat is going to the baby at around 41 weeks? Me and my SO have had a ridiculous fallout because I’ve eaten a lot of biscuits this week (seriously don’t get me started) but other than that, this pregnancy is probably the healthiest I’ve ever eaten because I can’t keep anything unhealthy down 🤮 so I’m just wondering in all seriousness will my week of biscuit scoffing really do much harm? He’s made me feel like a terrible mum!
