Okay I know this is the worst place to ask for advice like this but my doctors office won’t answer!!

So I’m studying to be a medical assistant and we were doing butterfly blood draws(which are in the hand) and one of the students did my left hand and I felt perfectly fine right after but then about 20 minutes later I started feeling like I was coming down with the flu. I thought I just needed to eat so I did, but I still felt like that even after I ate. So after class I told my teacher. She told me to ice it which I did. All last night , my hand hurt so bad. I’ve had IV in my hand before and it never hurt this bad. This morning I felt a little better, but then as the day went on I felt worse then yesterday and I don’t think this is normal but my doctors office is closed and I have no else to ask
