So heartbroken

So my husband and I just found out a few days ago that he has abnormal sperm. This means that the only option for us to have a baby is IVF. This is incredibly heartbreaking in so many ways. I never in a million years would have thought I would have to go through IVF to have baby. I feel so defeated, lost, alone, and just so sad. If there is anyone out there that is going through this or has gone through this your insight would be greatly appreciated.
