Never ending sinus infection

For the past 2 weeks (basically since I got my BFP) I’ve had the worst ever sinus infection. Doctor says I can’t really take anything for it and I’m going crazy! I’m soooooo congested, my ears hurt, and I’ve gone through 7 boxes of tissues already!

Help!

Also...is this a pregnant thing? Am I gonna deal with this forever?
