Nipple piercings 😩

So 3 months ago I went & got my nipples pierced..I have taken the best care of them and haven’t had any problems but about a week ago this bump started forming on my right nipple it started out small and then it bursted..When I woke up this morning I noticed it came back ago but this time even bigger what could this be?
