I started my nuvaring 4 weeks ago I kept it in for four weeks because I read it wasn’t bad to and people do it all the time, so I took it out after four weeks to get my period and its been 3 days since it’s been out and I haven’t gotten my period. This is my first cycle on the nuvaring so I’m thinking my body is just adjusting to the hormones... but should I be worried?? Kind of just looking for reassurance that it probably is my body adjusting
