I’m doubting so much about my relationship with Bf?

I’ve been having so many doubts about us the last few months. Long story short, we’ve been together for a year and 4 months and we haven’t met each other’s families yet. I told him recently I want to meet his mom and he was fine with it, but has never followed through with making plans.

We met on a dating app and last year when we were officially together as a couple, my friends saw his profile still up and I confronted him and he said he doesn’t check his dating apps and deleted them. I had to give him the benefit of the doubt but I’m still skeptical.

He treats me with respect, he cares for me, and supports me with my job, but lately he has been unemployed for few months so we haven’t had a nice dinner where he paid for me. We’ve always had to split our bills which is fine. But now he’s been working f again for the past two months, he hasn’t offered to take me out or pay for my food anymore. We don’t see each other often, maybe once or twice a week.

We haven’t even said I love you to each other yet. I asked him if he’s in love and he said he thinks so, he has strong feelings but didn’t say he was in love..

So many things still bother me and idk if I should just leave. I asked him my questions but never follow through or get a definite answer
