Hello! So I've had the Mirena IUD but, unfortunately, I now have exceptionally long periods (like 2-3 weeks). To get some relief I occasionally take norethindrone, which abruptly ends my last several light days. Usually after I do this my next period still comes at about the right time, except maybe a couple days later. This time, however, it's an entire week late and my body does not feel like it's anywhere near about to have a period. What do you think is the most likely issue?
