Is labor near?

Im 39 weeks. I was 3cm dilated as of wed and i have been losing mocus plug yesterday and today. My belly is really hard and I feel lots of pressure. I have been cramping a little and some back pain. I am afraid because i live 40 mins away from the hospital😫

Sounds pretty normal to me for 39 weeks. Ive been dialated to 3 for weeks and been losing my plug for over a week. The pressure is very uncomfortable and very normal. Its bc babys head is engaged. I would wait and see if you statt getting contractions that you can time. If not, its close but not time yet. If you can time them, regardless of their strength,  its time ro head in for a check. Call your doctor. There is always one on call. It sounds like labor but even though i have had one kid i don't know true labor pains. I was induced and felt nothing and my body didn't react. Call your doctor.
