Not pregnant. But I’ve always have very vivid/lucid dreams. Doctors and therapist say it’s signs of stress, depression, anxiety, or even sometimes fear depending on the dreams. If you can remember your dreams enough when you wake up google or find books on dreams and their meanings. It can be quit interesting.
