A cold nearly curing morning sickness?

I wondered if anyone else had this.

Since 4 weeks I've had all day morning sickness and nothing has really helped. I'm nearly 8 weeks and just developed a cold and feel 10x better already. Now I can't smell all the smells can't affect me. It hasn't gone completely but I feel more me. Anyone else has this?
