I Can’t Eat

My stomach is so upset to the point where I can’t eat anything because it will just turn into diarrhea. The only thing I managed to keep down today was a bowl of oatmeal. I had some saltines and even those made me sick later. I’m terrified to try and eat something because I’m afraid of getting diarrhea again.
