Implant and period

I got my implant removed recently and my period is late by 48 days I took a pregnancy test a few weeks ago can anyone give me any opinions if this could be a delay due to me getting the implant of three years removed or am I pregnant and the test aren’t showing because of the hormones from the implant ???
