Sex with husband while pregnant made me bleed?

Is this normal? We had sex last night and when I went to the bathroom I saw this when I wiped. I’m crying and freaking out cause I’m praying it’s not a miscarriage

I went to my OB because I had heavy spotting and the first thing they asked me was if I had had sex within 72 hours. It’s very common to bleed after sex while pregnant and the OB told me not to worry about it. If it continues, gets heavier, or you’re having heavy cramping I would go to the doctor. If you’re really freaking out about it, try calling to speak to the nurse, they may have you come in anyways just to be safe. 
In my case I hadn’t had sex and my bleeding was heavy enough to fill a pad. They had me come in and they ran a blood test to check my hcg, then re-ran it 48 hours later to make sure it was doubling. All is good, even with the spotting.

I had that through my whole first pregnancy. Almost every single time we had sex I would bleed. I am sure you are fine but if you are super worried then contact your OB
