2nd line?

Hi all! Was looking for your opinion on if there’s another line or not? I was just talking with my OB on Thursday and have been trying for a year and a half and she didn’t want to help me with fertility yet bc I’m way over weight. I told her I was 5 days late and we did a urine pregnancy test in her office and it was negative...2 days later I just did this, this morning. If I am pregnant I will be so excited but also want to know if there’s any advice on doing something right not to miscarry (I know I shouldn’t even be thinking about that!)
