Semen burning inside of vagina?

When my husband cums inside me, a lot of the time it burns on the inside of my vagina. Is that normal?

Happened to me for a while with my fiancé. It didn’t happen at first and doesn’t now, but for some time in the middle-it was awful. He would get me a cold washcloth to press on myself and I would shake because of how bad it hurt. Talked to my gyno about it and was prescribed a steroid cream to apply, thinking my skin was just overly sensitive. I used it maybe five times and eventually it just stopped happening. (I don’t think the cream was the determining factor) good luck!
